With previous experience in a similar role, a friendly personality and an enthusiasm for the delivery of superb client care, you will be involved in providing administrative support to every area of the business whilst creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors to our office and callers on the phone.
This varied role involves maintaining databases and client records, responding to emails and producing standard letters. As we deal with client’s financial affairs, confidentiality and integrity are of the utmost importance.
You will be required to provide reception cover, including answering and redirecting calls whilst also carrying out general administrative duties such as copying, binding, printing, scanning and electronic filing.
To apply, you must have a minimum of 5 GCSE Grades at grade 4 or above, including maths and English at grade 5 or above.
