Martin is our corporate finance specialist and senior audit partner. Prior to joining Dodd & Co, Martin spent 11 years with Price Waterhouse in London and Edinburgh, and 4 years working in owner-managed businesses as CFO.
He has extensive experience of working with a wide range of businesses from different sectors and of different sizes and has that relatively rare attribute in our profession of having worked both within industry and as an adviser to entrepreneurial firms.
Martin is responsible for our audit and advisory services to larger businesses and organisations, providing sound, practical, technical and strategic advice to business owners and management to assist them to grow their businesses in a structured and successful manner. He has advised many business owners on the sale and purchase of businesses, including raising funds and brings a very practical and pragmatic approach to his work. He also leads our work within the education sector.
In his spare time, Martin is our Formula 1 expert (from in front of the TV anyway!)
