Gillian has worked in finance and payroll for 13 years, joining Dodd & Co in 2015. She looks after a variety of payroll clients, from farmers to solicitors and has the technical knowledge of payroll legislation and automatic enrolment to ensure compliance with the ever changing rules. Gillian has a depth of knowledge in various payroll software packages including cloud based payroll software and regularly helps train clients that prefer to process their own payroll. She is team manager at our Carlisle Office and is involved in training and mentoring other team members.
